Betta supplied the wardrobes for my new build apartment in 2019. The mirror dropped off the frame in 2023. It was held in place with double sided adhesive. Betta refuse to take responsibility and say it’s the builder’s fault. Betta are refusing to fix under warranty, and ignored my email. Initially quoted me $1300 to replace all three doors with ‘stronger’ versions (they don’t make the same ones anymore), then emailed me a quote for $1800 saying they have a ‘minimum order amount’. Great service and product. I got about 5 quotes before going with Betta Wardrobes Taren Point. Betta wardrobes was the 2nd cheapest quote and provided a very high quality product. The whole service from measure to install was super smooth and easy. I was able to view examples in their showroom as well. The whole install only took one morning. Andre very professional and tidy. This has got to be the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The cupboards were installed only to find that there was a deep scratch on one of the doors. We were told that an assessor had to come and review the case. This took a month. Then they took the scratched door away and it came back a month later having been primed white, a totally different colour to the other doors. Terrible our shower screen exploded when I was closing the door and my 2yr old son was next to me. We both got some cuts. They are not taking any responsibility even though it’s clearly a product issue. It’s now with fair trade. So not use this company!!!
Betta Wardrobes were extremely helpful. They have a great range and their service was fast and friendly. I love my new ensuite bathroom,, shower sliding door. Highly recommend it as its space saving as well.
