I would strongly caution anyone considering Betta Wardrobes, especially through the Pymble store. While things might go smoothly, any issue or complication seems to be met with silence and abandonment. Our experience was deeply frustrating. The installation was handled by extremely rude and aggressive installers who damaged our newly finished wooden floors. Wish I read the negative reviews first. I regret using this company daily when i have to try to access my terrible quality wardrobes with pieces hanging off them. 5 stars to the people I dealt with including installers / fixers who were all lovely but 0 starts for a terrible quality product, outcome and after sale service. They were great years ago but not any more.
Just used Betta Shower Screens to install a new frameless sliding door to our ensuite. The salesman Sam was great and the installer was on time and did a good job. The screen is exactly what I wanted. Having used them previously for built in wardrobes and cabinetry I was pleased that their showerscreen service was just as good.
Good to deal with, a few phonecalls back and forth to check details, designer/salesman and installers were prompt and efficient, workmanship was good, paint finish was very good. The only downside was very fresh paint, so we couldn't use that bedroom for nearly a week until the strong solvent smell had gone.
Don't go with Betta wardrobes - what could've been a 2 weeks job ended up taking 6 months, with multiple screw-ups with measuring and no communications whatsoever on when things are happening and when people are turning up. I'd give 0 stars if I can but lowest is 1 so here we are.
