From the initial phone call, measurement and design of our requirements, installation and clean up Betta Wardrobes & Shower Screens were attentive and thoroughly professional.
I found the salesperson who did the discussion about our wardrobes very competent; he made some valuable recommendations and was most accomodating when we modified our design. The installer who came to the house worked very efficiently, was polite and personable and communicated clearly how he could accomodate the sloping floor. We were very happy with the final product.

Installer Chris did a great job with our new shower screen(# 56568). Very efficient. Even fixed a dodgy swinging door on another Betta shower screen that we had installed many years ago.
Sam, the rep was able to design a pantry cupboard which matched perfectly with my existing cupboard. Installation went smoothly. The cupboard is exactly what I wanted.
Great quality and value for money, very happy with the wardrobes they installed and the service provided.
I have had the worst experience in customer service by Paul he doesn’t return calls hangs up on you when you seek clarification on what has said he was going to do but hasn’t. I never received such a horrible experience and would certainly not recommend this company as a result of my dealing with him! Absolutely gutted in the way he has treated me
As we are working from home I requested for a desk to be installed in my wardrobe. When I asked for and cost associated to desk as part of the build the Betta industries Accountant didn’t bother to respond to my emails or return phone call. I spent close to $6k with this company, the least they could do is provide a breakdown of the cost. Very poor customer service!!! This is the first and last time I will engage this company!
