I had a wardrobe installed 3 weeks ago and it’s has a draw missing and the doors were suppose to be painted but are not. I have tried to get these things fixed which is becoming frustrating as I keep getting promised it will be done and it’s still not done.
Worst service. DO NOT USE! Not sure how this company still exist. A rep cancelled twice and said 'forget about it' when he couldn't find parking.
😔 Poor installation, numerous defects.
Had a great experience with a Wardrobe so thought let’s get them to do our showers... biggest mistake ever!!! When they had finished and asked for full payment we told them we weren’t actually happy with the final result and weren’t paying until we were so the Director of the company told the installer to take the door, didn’t take the one he was working on but the other fully working and paid for door, which is actually theft as we had paid for that one and now nearly 4 months later we still have a leaky second hand looking... read more
Run away as fast as you can, I ordered 3 x wardrobes & a shower screen in November 2016, they finished the installation approx 3 weeks ago (4 months later), months of lost rent and numerous phone calls with dreadful service. I had three quotes & they were not the cheapest, I went with this quote because of the 'Betta' name, never again. I am currently putting together my experience for Fair Trading. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
